This was Nicole & Al's wedding weekend. I took the day off and my Dad dropped me off at my Aunt & Uncle's house (parents of the bride) mid-day, so then Wayne & I wouldn't have two cars the next day at the wedding & reception. So I car-pooled with them to the rehearsal and dinner.

The ceremony was at Northwestern College in the Nazareth Chapel in St. Paul. Absolutely beautiful.



Dinner was at Grumpy's in Roseville. They did a build your own burger bar AND had an open bar! Woohoo!



We all got liquor for our gift! Go figure! All the ladies ended up spending the night at The Bride's parents house, but we pretty much all just went to bed. It was going to be an early morning and a long day.

The next morning we all got up early, had mimosas and breakfast and got our hair and make-up did at the house.

1. Nicole, the Bride, getting hair did.
2. Me & Nicole after hair, still in our comfies.
3. Cody. RIP. He died about a month after this.
4. Me & my cousin, Jenna, who is also sister of the Bride and fellow bridesmaid. Riding in the car on our way to Northwestern College.



5. We arrived at Northwestern and helped the bride get into her dress.



6. I snapped a quick selfie to send to the Hubs.



7. On our way to the "first sighting." The photographer in me took over and became a little bossy at this point. I just wanted everything to go smoothly and wanted both Nic and Al to have a memorable first sighting with great pictures.



8. After the first sighting we did all the professional pictures.



9. After a few hours of pictures and hanging out. It was time to gear up for the ceremony.

13. Me saying that I drank WAY too much is a huge understatement. It was damn good fun, but I definitely can't party like I used to.



14. So much fun! Arriving at the reception which was at the Park Plaza Hotel in Bloomington. Which coincidentally was where Wayne and I had our reception 6.5 years ago! Aw. What memories.

Dinner and the reception got underway. They had a great buffet and cake and got right into the speeches.

18. Hailey had so much fun dancing the night away. She was all over the place and probably on the dance floor more than anyone else. She loves weddings!

It was a great day and night with lots of fun had and memories made.

Today was my birthday. I turned 30. Woohoo! Wayne had to work, which was fine cause we had plans to celebrate it that weekend, so Hailey and I had dinner with my family.

I got together for lunch with a few current and one ex-coworker of mine.

Hailey loved making Kate laugh. She definitely takes after her Daddy in the entertainment department.



Isn't she just the most precious! They love each other!



Later that evening we headed to Babe's to celebrate my birthday. Mark (one of the owners) and the staff there are like family! They treat us so well! It was so fun!



What I didn't know is that it was actually a surprise party with all of my favorites (minus a few) for my birthday.

Wayne had his hernia surgery. It all went VERY well, but he was in a lot more pain than what he thought he would be in. Silly guy.



Over the next few days, there was a lot of napping and cuddling in the chair going on.

My Dad and sister's came over to help us clean up our yard and put up Hailey's swingset. Later that evening we all headed down to Lakeville to Teresa's Mexican Restaraunt for dinner.

Today we celebrated my cousin Nicole at her bridal shower. I didn't take many pictures. It was a pretty classic shower. There was super delicious mexican food, a gift opening and a few games. I did take a picture of the cake, cause I thought it was so cute.

This Saturday, we celebrated Nicole at her Bachelorette Party.



We started at her sisters house with snacks and drinks. We rented a party bus and headed to Stella's Fish Cafe for dinner. Then we went to Downtown to the Pourhouse. It was such a great night with all the food, drinks, dancing and girl time!

Hailey's picture with the Easter Bunny that we got done the week before.



Hailey wore a navy blue dress that my boss lady got her.



We started out Easter with brunch at my MIL's house. It was delish. She is such a great cook and I never have to cook or clean up for some reason, so I love it! Teehee. Hailey got an Easter basket from Gramma Kimmy.

Then we went to my parents house and Hailey got this:



She's too little for it yet, but they're going to keep it for her for next summer.



We ended up going to a movie with some of my family.



We saw GI Joe 2 in 3D. I'm normally not a huge 3D person, but I have to tell you it was good and it makes it better that not the WHOLE movie is in 3D. Just parts. It was great overall, even though Channing Tatum gets killed off within the first 10 minutes. LAME!

This is us ringing in the New Year at Babe's! I think we've been there for New Years the last several years and we always have so much fun!!



Hailey spent the night at my parents house, so we could sleep in and go visit my friend Laura in the hospital who just had twin boys on December 28th. They were in the NICU, so we didn't get to hold them or get any pictures at that time, but it was great to at least meet them and visit with Laura, Scott and her other three boys. Oofta does she have her hands full with 5 boys!

Vikings made the playoffs, so we had a few friends and family over to watch it!

We went to see Sesame Street Live. Let's just say that Hailey loved it.

We went a little early cause we heard there were lots of things to do beforehand.













Of course, Daddy had to buy her a t-shirt while Mommy was in the bathroom.



So spoiled!



She sat pretty well the whole time, again, mostly with Daddy.



Overall it was fun and such a great experience for our first show.

Olly Murs was in the KDWB Skyroom, so of course we had to go check him out and meet him. Hailey was so cute when he started singing. She was standing by Wayne and dancing, and all of a sudden made a bee-line for the stage, got up on stage and was dancing with him while he was performing. It was THE absolute cutest thing ever and Olly was such a good sport about it. She basically stole his limelight.
