1. I made these delicious bars this past weekend. They didn't last very long in my house.The sad thing is, Wayne didn't have one. Hailey and I ate the whole pan...ourselves...in like 3 days.

I'm going to my Dad's side annual Family Reunion on Saturday and we all have to bring something to share. I will probably make these again as they are so cheap AND easy. That's MY kind of "cooking".

2. I bought these two items online from Kohls. I've been wanting one of these for the gym locker room for awhile now. I saw another lady use it and it just made so much sense. I finally found this super cute one from Kohls AND it was on sale AND I had another 20% off coupon.

I also got this t-shirt. It was also on sale.

I just got them in the mail yesterday, so I haven't fully checked them out yet, but yay for good deals.

3. So does anyone watch Late Night with Jimmy Fallon? I love him and I'm so happy that he will be moving up in the spring of 2014. This is Monday's full episode, but if you specifically fast forward to about 7:00 minutes in, this is one of the reasons I love him. Steven Colbert makes a dancing appearance.

Today was my birthday. I turned 30. Woohoo! Wayne had to work, which was fine cause we had plans to celebrate it that weekend, so Hailey and I had dinner with my family.

I got together for lunch with a few current and one ex-coworker of mine.

Hailey loved making Kate laugh. She definitely takes after her Daddy in the entertainment department.

Isn't she just the most precious! They love each other!

Later that evening we headed to Babe's to celebrate my birthday. Mark (one of the owners) and the staff there are like family! They treat us so well! It was so fun!

What I didn't know is that it was actually a surprise party with all of my favorites (minus a few) for my birthday.

Wayne had his hernia surgery. It all went VERY well, but he was in a lot more pain than what he thought he would be in. Silly guy.

Over the next few days, there was a lot of napping and cuddling in the chair going on.

Today we celebrated my cousin Nicole at her bridal shower. I didn't take many pictures. It was a pretty classic shower. There was super delicious mexican food, a gift opening and a few games. I did take a picture of the cake, cause I thought it was so cute.

This Saturday, we celebrated Nicole at her Bachelorette Party.

We started at her sisters house with snacks and drinks. We rented a party bus and headed to Stella's Fish Cafe for dinner. Then we went to Downtown to the Pourhouse. It was such a great night with all the food, drinks, dancing and girl time!

We started out Easter with brunch at my MIL's house. It was delish. She is such a great cook and I never have to cook or clean up for some reason, so I love it! Teehee. Hailey got an Easter basket from Gramma Kimmy.

Then we went to my parents house and Hailey got this:

She's too little for it yet, but they're going to keep it for her for next summer.

We ended up going to a movie with some of my family.

We saw GI Joe 2 in 3D. I'm normally not a huge 3D person, but I have to tell you it was good and it makes it better that not the WHOLE movie is in 3D. Just parts. It was great overall, even though Channing Tatum gets killed off within the first 10 minutes. LAME!

This week it's all about the Backstreet Boys. Their new album, In A World Like This, comes out tomorrow!

I'm a sucker for boy bands and especially this one!

Here is a newbie off of their new album: "In A World Like This"

And just because I LOVE them so much, here is one of my favorite oldies: "Everybody"

This is their 8th studio album (7th in the U.S.). This is the 1st album featuring all 5 original members in 6 years. It will also be their first independent release since they left their old label, Jive Records, in 2010. It is also their 20th Anniversary!!
